Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) & Child Support Options for Domestic Violence Survivors

This webinar is for home visitors supporting families experiencing domestic violence. If the family is on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or receiving Medical Assistance, there are some options for waiving required activities, as well as exceptions to cooperating with child support if it is not safe to do so. Learn about the Family Violence Option which can waive required activities and options for cooperating (OR NOT) with the Division of Child Support.
