This model protocol contains policy and procedures for domestic violence advocates and programs to use in serving limited English proficient (LEP) immigrants and refugees. It also contains answers to frequently asked questions, articles on working well with interpreters, basic do’s and don’ts of working with LEP individuals, and a know-your-rights sheet for immigrants and refugees.
