We want you! The WSCADV Board of Directors is looking for folks from member programs as well as from the greater community to run for election to our board.
This year, we are seeking nominees who can bring skills and experience in community activism—including on race equity, economic justice, gender and reproductive liberation— and/or finance, fundraising, nonprofit board experience, or helping organizations in transition. In keeping with our priorities to ensure board diversity, we especially encourage Native Americans, people of color, LBGTQ, survivors, and those who bring a radical voice, “last girl” perspective, or other oppressed/underrepresented group representation.
Send in your application form by August 16, 2019. New board members will be elected by WSCADV’s membership at the WSCADV Annual Meeting, which will take place during our annual conference on September 23-24 in Spokane.
