
The Legal Advocacy Program Coordinator is responsible for leading the Legal Advocacy Program to advance survivors’ safety, freedom, and options.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting and training front-line domestic violence advocates in their daily work with survivors involved with the legal system, and who is also energized about the longer-term goal of ending gender-based violence and addressing root causes of violence.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in survivor advocacy and a passion for helping advocates and directors to serve survivors more effectively.
Compensation: $64,500-$72,000 starting salary, depending on experience. 35-hour week, plus generous benefits, including 100% paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision health insurance, HRA reimbursement, student loan payment assistance, 3 weeks annual vacation accrual, and a flexible, family-friendly work environment.
Location: Hybrid. Work from home anywhere in Washington state or at the Seattle workspace. Must be available to attend regular in-person meetings and events typically in Seattle.
