Directors Retreat: What Was Told, What It Means

WSCADV staff facilitated several storytelling sessions with advocates (and some of you) as a way of understanding our collective experiences during “the pandemic time” and the health and sustainability of our DV workforce.
Let’s spend time looking at the data, making sense of it, and pondering our leadership roles into the future.
It’s been awhile since we’ve come together as directors. Let’s meet again, and meet anew, connect, think, imagine, laugh, breathe, and maybe even paint.
