Are you a brand new advocate? This training is for you!
Advocacy for Rookies is an in-depth, interactive training for domestic violence advocates, with facilitators Blanca McCreary-Ortega and Sarah Kendall. Whether you volunteer or are paid, you work in a shelter or a community office, you do system-based advocacy or community organizing for prevention, if you are new to this work, this training is for you.
Monday, Feb. 17th: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Tuesday, Feb. 18th: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Space is limited. Priority registration is for WSCADV Member Programs and Associate Programs.
Registration fees:
Member and Associate Program members: $125.00 per person
General Public fee: $175.00 per person
