2022 Advocacy Day
February 1 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Join us as we advocate for domestic violence survivors and their families in Washington State! This year’s Advocacy Day is a virtual event, allowing more connection across the state of Washington than ever. We can’t wait to share how we’re advocating for survivors this year and how you can get involved.
We’ll kick-off our day with a webinar from 9am – 11am where you will hear our policy priorities and learn about ways to take action from home.
Optional legislative appointments are from 12pm – 4pm. Legislative appointments will be virtual 15-minute meetings with other attendees in your district. Legislative staff generally set the appointments the week of, which is why we are asking you to hold 12pm – 4pm. Our goal is to set up a meeting with all three of your district’s legislators or their staffers (1 Senator, 2 Representatives). We cannot guarantee a meeting with all of your legislators, but will do our very best!
Registration for 2022 Advocacy Day is open! Please note that the deadline to sign up for a legislative appointment has now passed.
