Three Ways to Take Action Today

1. Donate to Support Violence Prevention

Your support helps prevent violence before it starts. Together, we’re building communities where people feel safe, supported, and respected. Your donation helps expand prevention education across Washington, support survivors, train advocates and community leaders, and empower young people to build healthy relationships rooted in respect. Prevention starts with us!

2. Learn How To Help a Friend

It can be hard to know what to say when you’re worried about a friend or a family member’s relationship. But connection is a lifeline, and your support can make a big impact. Our Friends and Family Guide provides concrete tips and tools for starting a conversation, providing information and support, and staying connected.

3. Do You Coach Student Athletes? Get Involved with Team Up Washington

Team Up Washington is a violence prevention initiative that uses sports as a platform to end sexual assault and dating abuse. Coaches and athletic mentors receive free training and teaching materials using the Coaching Boys Into Men and Athletes as Leaders curricula and student athletes are equipped with tools to build healthy relationship skills and create a culture of respect in their teams and beyond.
