SUMMARY:Refuse To Abuse® 5K at T-Mobile Park & Virtual
DESCRIPTION:The Refuse To Abuse® 5K is a unique 5K fun run/walk that takes you around every level of T-Mobile Park\, from the top to the players’ tunnel to the final lap around the field. Stepping out on the field level of a major league ball park is an awe-inspiring moment that few have experienced!  \n\n\n\nThis year’s event will have both virtual & in-person components. We are following the Governor’s Safe Return to Running Guidelines and additional health & safety protocols being used by the Seattle Mariners and Major League Baseball. This allows 600 people to participate in person at T-Mobile Park in waves of 10 people every 3 minutes. The remainder of our 1\,500 capacity crowd will participate virtually.  \n\n\n\nJoin us in making the 10th anniversary of this extraordinary event the best one yet! \n\n\n\nFor more information please visit RefuseToAbuse5k.org.
