Welfare on WorkFirst
The Economic Justice Project's first major undertaking was to analyze WorkFirst practices (Washington's welfare program) and give the state Department of Social and Health Services feedback about how it is succeeding and failing with its current efforts to provide economic assistance to battered women and children.
